Shipping & Returns

 

  • Items are made to order. Every effort will be made to deliver your order as soon as possible. Currently we are shipping items out within 1-7 business days, business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please order well ahead of time if you need your order by a certain date or consider our Ready to Ship items.

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase, or before processing and shipping, whichever comes first.

  • We accept returns on some items. Custom, clearance or sales items can not be returned.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.

  • Please make sure you have entered your correct and valid shipping address. If you provide the wrong shipping address and your package is returned to us by the USPS as undeliverable we will send you a Paypal invoice for the cost of shipping the package again. We do not pay for reshipping unless it was an error on our part. If you do not pay for the reshipping cost it is not our responsibility and you forfeit your item and your refund. 

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to schedule a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging and condition. If upon inspection the items are acceptable, a return will be issued within 3 business days.

  • Domestic free shipping takes 2-3 days depending on where the package is being shipped. Faster shipping methods are available at a cost. Please note: faster shipping will not affect processing time. Signature Confirmation service and Insurance is also available. Visit USPS.com for information on these services.

  • International shipping varies greatly by country. Buyer is responsible for all customs charges and fees. It is not Posh and Lace's responsibility if items are held up in customs by your country.
